Your key responsibilities: Develop insightful concepts and compelling creative solutions for new product launch campaigns and branding projects. Help to create and implement content strategies to achieve business objectives through content, such as increasing brand awareness or driving customer engagement. Guide and offer feedback to internal creative teams, providing creative consultation to external agencies, and assist in art production (KV, photography, design, digital video production, TVC commercial production, etc.) Interpret and integrate creative feedback to advance the content quality, demonstrating flexibility and skillfully responding to feedback and questions, extracting meaningful input and clarity. Project management, including budget and timeline for the digital content project, managing agencies effectively from ideation to production. And follow up on the implementation and feedback of the content. Keep a pulse on creative and cultural trends and expertly translate findings to inform and inspire the work, helping evolve and strengthen the content quality. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 3 years of experience in smartphone-related product roles. Self-driven with active thinking and strong aesthetic sense, capable of developing creative, logical, and executable content ideas. Deeply engaged in social media with strong awareness and sensitivity to trending topics and digital trends. Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to clearly communicate ideas, write compelling content, and provide constructive feedback. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Spanish Native speaker and English proficiency. Copywriting, script writing Skills is a plus. Over 2 years of experience in advertising (production house or creative agencies), fashion (apparel, magazines), or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
