DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES - Supports the Business Transformation Office to plan and deploy the largest technology transformation in the industry across the organization in Asia Pacific. - Assist in communications, coordination, and ad-hoc requests - Track project progress, ensuring timely milestone delivery - Support research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making - Engage with stakeholders and contribute to planning sessions JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES We are looking for a university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to learn with the following attributes: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Fluent in English, written and spoken - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work in group settings and/or independently - Ability to prioritize and multi-task several assignments - Demonstrates problem solving skills - Demonstrates creativity and innovation - Takes initiative to be proactive and requires minimal supervision QUALIFICATION STANDARD - Education: - Undergraduate in Hospitality, Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred. - Requirements: - Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass - Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States. - Prepared to commit to a six months' internship. - Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
