With this content you will help us 10X our growth in the coming years building a sustainable content and organic acquisition system with the best information and strategies. You'll present our proprietary insights through systematic content marketing, coordinate vendors, maintain digital properties, conduct multiplatform competitive analysis, and optimize conversion funnels to generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Content & Vendor Management (40%) Create and execute weekly newsletter on the creator economy, YouTube and AI Coordinate video editors, designers, videographers and freelance teams Maintain website, landing pages, and all digital properties current Plan content calendar 6 weeks ahead based on competitive intelligence and our own Second Brain Manage vendor budgets and optimize production efficiency Competitive Intelligence & Analysis (30%) Conduct systematic competitor analysis across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn using professional tools (Spotter Studio, 1of10, Social Blade, Ubersuggest) and our won methodologies Identify content gaps and emerging trends for strategic advantage Generate weekly market intelligence reports with actionable insights Lead Generation & Optimization (30%) Collaborate with team to optimize conversion funnels Track and report all conversion metrics and attribution Implement and monitor lead nurturing sequences Drive 3X increase in qualified monthly leads across platforms Ideal Candidate Required Experience 3 years content marketing with B2B lead generation focus Multiplatform growth experience (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) Vendor management coordinating freelancer teams Digital properties: maintaining websites and landing pages Customer success orientation with high satisfaction focus Plus but not required: Experience managing and growing newsletters Bilingual: Native Spanish Advanced English Availability: Full time in Americas time zone Technical Skills Google Workspace & Notion (or similar tools): Advanced proficiency for project management Analytics Tools, for example: Spotter Studio, 1of10, Social Blade, Ubersuggest, social media analytics, Google Trends API AI Tools: Advanced usage of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and content creation with AI Content Production with tools such as: OpusClip, GetMunch, Descript, Canva Pro Why this role is extraordinary: Unique Market Position: You'll be building content strategy for the only consultancy with 9-year Google/YouTube insider experience that has worked with over 300 top Youtube channels and businesses and generated 20 M in additional revenue.
