Responsibilities • Partnership Development – Identify and close strategic partnerships with local payment providers, data vendors, KYC / credit-bureau partners and ecosystem platforms. • End-to-End Execution – Own the full cycle from discovery and commercial negotiation to contract signature and technical integration (API / SDK). Coordinate closely with Risk, Product and Engineering teams to enable data exchange (transaction data, user-behavior data, etc.). • Brand & Marketing – Drive local brand building via social media, events and PR to increase market visibility. • Legal & Compliance – Ensure every partnership complies with Mexican fintech regulations (CNBV rules, interest-rate caps, data-privacy law). Interface with regulators when required. Requirements • 7 years in BD or Strategic Partnerships with proven success in launching embedded-finance or similar collaborations in Mexico. • Deep knowledge of Mexican fintech regulations and a strong local network across business and regulatory circles. • Fluent Spanish & English; prior experience in fintech, neobanks or consumer-finance preferred.
