What You Will Do: As a Mechanical Technician, you will: Maintain and develop our production line and power station in accordance with specifications, schedules, safety targets, and quality standards. Troubleshoot engineering problems related to equipment and machines, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with a team of Mechanical Tradesmen, contributing to a culture of excellence. Be flexible with core hours (Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm) and participate in a mandatory call-out rota. Who You Are: You are the ideal candidate if you possess: An apprenticeship completion in a mechanical discipline and ideally an HNC in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearing fitting, alignment, and pumping systems. Competence in using maintenance management systems alongside a strong background in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical plant and systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-manage effectively. A good team spirit and a shared commitment to colleague well-being.
