Job Description

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Proven admin experience in a property management or similar environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Professional and courteous demeanor Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly (experience with RMO is a plus) Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid drivers license Duties: Handling all Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) admin including job card management through our in-house system (RMO) Liaising daily with contractors, insurers, and trustees Managing insurance claims and coordinating with assessors and brokers Following up on contractor work, job card updates, and invoice submissions Organizing meetings, site visits, and scheme communications Providing professional support to Owners, Trustees, and ExCom Ensuring all documentation and scheme information is well-organized and up to date Consultant: Marezel Kotze - Dante Personnel Cape Town
