Talent Acquisition Specialist (North & South) Location: Denton or Luton (Hybrid – 3 days in office) *5-month FTC* Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata A Bit About Us At Partou UK, we’re shaping the future of childcare. The Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you’ll lead recruitment across a regional area — attracting, engaging, and hiring brilliant people for our nurseries and support teams. This is a full 360 role with a big focus on quality, candidate experience, and Safer Recruitment practices. You’ll manage everything from intake meetings to interviews, advertising to onboarding — while building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting our growth with confident, values-led hiring.
