Distribution Planning intern

Our Supply Chain department is looking for a data-driven intern to support our Distribution Planning team in RTW & Shoes categories. Your role will be: Supporting daily replenishment distribution to the Regions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining weekly reports to drive operational insights. Tracking and executing global stock rebalance actions for optimized sell-through. Managing weekly replenishment of CO and Novelty items to Regions. Balancing seasonal items and pushing for stock turnarounds. Handling Regional/Wholesale VIC requests and ensuring fulfilment accuracy. Creating and maintaining the CIL Merged database for improved planning. Coordinating with stakeholders and providing training on distribution and inventory processes. Establishing On-Time Delivery (OTD) communication between Regions and Central teams. Developing weekly reporting tools to track seasonal deliveries and key events. Managing orders for important events and pop-up locations. What you need for the role: You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university. Availability to do an internsip of 6-12 months from 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays. Strong interest in data, numbers, and analytics with a desire to pursue a career in Planning or Supply Chain. Exceptional attention to detail. High proficiency in English. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to work with large datasets. Good at about problem-solving and optimizing processes for better performance.
