Join Our IT Team as an IT Support Technician! Are you passionate about IT support and problem-solving? Were looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first-line support for hardware and software-related issues. You will assist end-users both remotely and telephonically, ensuring smooth IT operations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Grade 12 qualification IT certification (A, N, MCSE) OR 3 years of IT support experience Microsoft Active Directory (AD) knowledge DHCP, DNS, user management Strong understanding of ICT systems, hardware, and networks Proficiency in Windows Desktop & Server versions Familiarity with Android devices and ManageEngine products (advantageous) Willingness to work after hours and travel when needed Own transport (advantageous) Ownership of a Smart Mobile Phone (non-negotiable) Required for company communication
