Job Description

Envestpro is seeking a dynamic and driven Call Centre Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for connecting with people, providing excellent service, and achieving sales-related targets in the financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients and introduce them to Envestpro Build strong relationships with clients and Financial Advisors Understand client needs and provide accurate, helpful information Make cold and warm calls to schedule meetings on behalf of Financial Advisors Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of responsiveness Handle all interactions with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets Maintain accurate records and reporting of all call activity - Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory) - 12 years of telesales experience, preferably in the insurance/financial industry - 23 years of customer service experience -12 years of experience as a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor - Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills - Strong sales closing abilities - Self-motivated and target-driven - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Technical Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Strong administration skills with high attention to detail - Ability to work within a structured target-driven call centre environment
