Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 (Matric Certificate). Certification in Marketing, Sales or a relevant field would be advantageous. EXPERIENCE: Proven 2 3 years work experience as a Sales Administrator or a Sales Support Agent. KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Familiarity with sales reports and sales records. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping. SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A team player with high level of dedication. Ability to work under strict deadlines. MS Office Suite (MS Excel in particular). Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
