Lamb Weston is offering an exciting and meaningful internship opportunity within our Agricultural Support department. Start in september 2025 until end of January 2026. As part of our 2025 Internship Program, we’re looking for a motivated and curious student who is eager to contribute to real projects that support our business operations and drive efficiencies through data and process improvements. What You’ll Be Doing As an Intern Ag Support , you’ll be working on high-impact projects that involve: Designing and delivering a fully functional operational dashboard consolidating key information into a single interface Creating a strategic KPI dashboard to track performance against organizational goals Developing streamlined workflows that reduce team dependency and improve efficiency Writing clear work instructions for dashboards and workflows to ensure adoption and understanding across the Ag Support team You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agricultural Services including Operations , Pile Management , Field Supervisors , Ag Management , and Seed Sourcing and Supply . Key Learning Outcomes Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in: Data Visualization & Tools: Power BI / Tableau Process Automation & Integration: Understanding and improving workflows KPI Development & Strategic Thinking: Aligning data insights with business goals Project Management: Planning, execution, and delivery Communication & Collaboration: Engaging with multiple stakeholders and presenting insights Documentation & Training: Writing technical guides and leading basic training Who Should Apply We are looking for: Current students or recent graduates in Data Science, Agribusiness, Business Analytics, IT , or related fields Strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with dashboard tools and workflow design is a plus A proactive attitude and a desire to learn
