Junior Safety Officer

Assist in implementing and monitoring safety procedures and protocols Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are followed up Support compliance with OHS Act and company safety policies Maintain safety records, training logs, and audit reports Promote a culture of safety awareness among staff and contractors Grade 12 / Matric certificate SACPCMP Registered Relevant Safety Management or Occupational Health & Safety qualification (e.g., SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, NOSA) 12 years of experience in a safety-related role (internship or junior level) Good knowledge of OHS legislation and risk management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Computer literacy (MS Office)
