You will be passionate about your subject, whilsttransferring your knowledge in a creative and contextualised way in theclassroom, and successfully plan and deliver consistently good lessons on adaily basis that both challenge our students and significantly advance theirlearning. You will be relentless in your pursuit of progress for each and everyone of your students so they can achieve the outcomes they deserve and growinto young adults that positively contribute to their community. You will instil pride in the work they do andencourage their individuality and personal qualities. As amember of the school's Middle Leaders Group, you will be accountable forraising standards of student attainment and achievement within the curriculumarea. You will effectively line manage other staff within the curriculum area,providing individual support and appropriate professional development. You will ensure curriculum coveragecontinuity and progression for all learners including those of high ability andthose with additional needs.
