About Our Client Our client is a Non-profit School and Sixth Form for students between the ages of 11-18 years old based in Goldaming. Job Description The Key responsibilities for the Exam Invigilator are: Ensure the security of exam papers and materials at all times, and return them as instructed. Set up exam rooms in accordance with standard JCQ regulations. Admit candidates into exam rooms, checking for any unauthorised items (e.g., mobile phones, pencil cases). Respond to candidate queries without offering specific help or guidance. Supervise candidates consistently, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Record and report any irregularities, including completing required documentation (e.g., late arrivals). Collect exam scripts following the correct procedure and verify them against the attendance register. Attend training sessions, including refresher and review meetings, or complete required online training. Be prepared to invigilate computer-based or 'on-screen' assessments when necessary.
