What Youll Be Doing As a Business and Insights Apprentice, you'll work closely with our data and business support teams to help turn raw data into actionable insights. Youll gain experience with Excel, reporting tools like Power BI, and data handling best practices all while studying towards your Level 3 qualification. Your key responsibilities will include: ?? Assisting in data collection, cleansing, and preparation ?? Analysing datasets to identify trends and business opportunities ?? Creating reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI ?? Communicating insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders ?? Documenting analysis processes and findings ?? Ensuring data is handled securely and ethically (in line with GDPR) ?? Continuously developing your skills through on-the-job learning and external training ?? What Were Looking For We're looking for someone with a keen interest in business intelligence and a desire to learn and grow. You dont need tons of experience just a great attitude and a willingness to dive in. Essential Skills & Qualities Good basic understanding of data and its importance in business Solid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts) Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn new tools like Power BI Ability to work collaboratively within a team Grade C/4 in Math and English Desirable (but not essential) Awareness of data privacy and security best practices Interest in business intelligence trends and tools Comfortable explaining data to non-technical audiences Able to document processes and present findings clearly ??
