Job Title: Mid-weight Digital Designer Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 3-days in office) Salary: Up to £30k The Opportunity Our client, a creative agency, is seeking a talented Digital Designer, who is strong with Website Design, to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across a variety of brands and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Design engaging digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online channels. Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and account teams to bring creative ideas to life. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and are optimized for usability and performance. Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to client projects. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Digital Designer, ideally within an agency or fast‑moving creative environment. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience creating digital designs for multiple platforms, including web and mobile. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work. Desirable Skills Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams. Experience with motion graphics or video editing. Understanding of UX/UI principles and user‑centric design.
