Cheer Squad Volunteer Oxford Half Marathon

Join us at the Oxford Half Marathon by signing up to our Cheer Squad. A team of 200 Alzheimer's Research UK supporters are taking part this year raising vital funds for dementia research. The route showcases Oxford's stunning architecture and university colleges. Your support will keep them striding onto the finish line! "Thank you for the cheer points along the way they really were the best and were so desperately needed to keep me going." (Previous ARUK runner) What: Cheering, clapping, photography, and enthusiasm! Where: Central Oxford (we will have a designated cheer squad location, full details tbc nearer event) When: Sunday 12th October 2025, approx. 10am-1:00pm (or however much time you can spare!) Alzheimer's Research UK will reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses such as travel (up to £25.00 per volunteer), within agreed guidelines.
