In this role, you'll be based in modern, well-equipped workshops and classrooms, leading a team of engineering lecturers while also delivering practical and classroom-based sessions in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching in Further Education or training environments and a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering. You don't need prior management experience - just the leadership qualities, technical background, and passion for driving high-quality teaching.
