Job Description
Role: Graduate Location: Leeds with travel as required (we offer Hybrid working) Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Salary: Competitive Company Overview: Ardent is the UK’s leading provider of land, consent management and stakeholder engagement services to support major infrastructure and regeneration projects from concept to delivery. We are Project Managers, Chartered Surveyors, Engagement specialists and Land Referencers, based in London, Birmingham, Warrington, Leeds, Glasgow and Dublin and supporting projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Established in 1992, we are a high-growth business, that has doubled in size to c. 200 people during the past 3 years, and our client portfolio includes some of the biggest players across our four core sectors of transport, renewables, utilities and regeneration. We are problem-solvers, can-doers and solution-drivers working collaboratively with our clients to provide proactive and strategic advice to identify and mitigate risks, deliver efficiencies and, ultimately, achieve deliverable consents and build projects that positively impact people’s lives and the world that we live in. As part of our continued growth, we have an opportunity for 9 Graduates to work on a 24 month rotation across four specialist areas : Land Assembly - Learn how we quire land for major regeneration and infrastructure projects Land Referencing - Investigate land ownership, usage, and access to support planning and legal processes. Valuation & Compensation - Understand property valuation and how we manage compensation under Compulsory Purchase and other legal frameworks. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - Use mapping, special data and digital tools to support project decision making. Entry Requirements - We’re looking for curious, driven graduates who are excited to learn & ready to make a difference. You should have: Achieved or be on track to achieve a degree in a relevant subject (e.g Geography, Planning, Real Estate Law, GIS, Environmental Science, Surveying etc.) A strong interest in land, regeneration, infrastructure, or consultancy work. Excellent communication and analytical skills The right to work I the UK The ability to attend an in-person Assessment Day in Birmingham on 15th August 2025.
