What Youll Do: Lead Strategy: Define and own our enterprise-wide AI and automation roadmap aligned with business goals. Drive Impact: Identify and prioritise high-value use cases involving GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and intelligent agents. Deliver Solutions: Oversee the development and deployment of AI/ML models into production systems. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business units to scale AI capabilities. Promote Ethical AI: Advocate for responsible AI practices in line with UK and international standards. Build Awareness: Lead internal education initiativesdemos, workshops, playbooksto boost AI literacy. Govern Effectively: Develop frameworks for AI project governance, lifecycle management, and ROI tracking. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external AI platform vendors and partners. Stay Ahead: Keep ClearCourse at the forefront of GenAI, MLOps, RPA, and regulatory trends. What Youll Bring: Essential: Proven experience leading AI, ML, or automation initiatives in a digital or tech-driven organisation Strong knowledge of GenAI, NLP, LLMs, RPA, and their business applications Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools (e.g. OpenAI, Azure ML, Vertex AI, UiPath) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Analytical and commercially focused mindsetable to identify and quantify impact Desirable: Technical background in data science, engineering, or computer science Understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 42001, UK AI regulations) Experience in agile, cross-functional delivery teams Exposure to enterprise digital transformation or change management initiatives Why ClearCourse?
