Nursery Manager required in Coventry

We are working with a beautiful setting based in Coventry who are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm or 8am-4pm. They cater for children from 6 weeks to 4 years across four separate rooms. The setting is a community nursery and use this to their advantage; they use the community where they can and work alongside local schools, charities and churches to provide a variety of experiences for the children. The Role To manage and develop the efficient and effective running of our nursery, leading a team of staff, students and volunteers providing high quality childcare which meets the needs of individual children and their families. To develop a flexible approach to service provision in conjunction with the management committee, General Manager, parents/ carers and other users. About you: Experience of managing busy nursery settings Experience working with children in a childcare setting Knowledge of early childhood education principles Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents Ability to lead and manage a team of childcare providers Nursery experience: 2 years (preferred) Childcare: 2 years (preferred) Management: 2 years (preferred) Education: Level 3 or above Benefits: Casual dress Childcare On-site parking Connaught Resourcing operates as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
