You'll deliver practical Mechanical Engineering training and assess learners progressing through their apprenticeship programmes. You'll also provide coaching, run regular progress reviews, and support learners on their journey to qualification and career success. This is a practical-focused role based at the a world-class training hub, working closely with apprentices and employers. Full training and support to achieve assessor or teaching qualifications will be provided. This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, Technician or Fitter with strong hands-on skills, who enjoys coaching others and wants a long-term career with impact and purpose.
