Pricing Analyst Hybrid | Cirencester | Salary c. £45,000–£55,000 Benefits Full-Time | Permanent | Flexible Working Available Are you a detail-driven analyst with experience in pricing or product insight? We're looking for a Pricing Analyst to join a values-led, purpose-driven organisation that offers best-in-class services to its growing membership base. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a key analytical role at the heart of pricing and product strategy, supporting the organisation’s growth, sustainability, and customer focus. What You’ll Do Build and maintain pricing and financial models across a range of products Analyse trends across the market and operations to inform strategic decisions Develop and maintain dashboards and MI reporting to monitor pricing performance Contribute to profitability reviews and financial risk assessments What You’ll Bring 3 years’ experience in a pricing or product analysis role Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data sets Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders Highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused Ideally progressing towards a professional qualification (e.g. finance or data analytics) What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience (circa £45k–£55k) 10% non-contributory pension Up to 10% annual performance-related bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Private health cover (optional) and health cash plan Free on-site parking flexible/hybrid working 2 paid charity volunteering days per year
