If this all sounds good, read on to find out more about the job and what you'll be expected to do… Job Description - Trainee Recruitment Consultant Trainee Recruitment Consultant First 4 weeks will be a pure candidate only approach, learning the basics once achieved you will move to a full 360 role (with plenty of guidance and training, don't worry) Writing job adverts, speaking to candidates and preparing their CV and profile to be sent to various schools for interview Using LinkedIN to build your personal brand and attract candidates Working towards having your own area, where you will inherit warm clients that we have nurtured during your Resourcer / Training phase. You won't be left to struggle; we will ensure you thrive!
