This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) where youll help lead the team, shape fresh seasonal menus, and deliver top-tier food to students, staff, guests, and conference diners. What Youll Be Doing: Taking charge during service when the Head Chef is off-duty Supervising and supporting kitchen staff day-to-day Helping manage stock, orders, and food waste smartly Developing seasonal dishes with top-quality, fresh ingredients Making sure every dish follows recipe standards and tastes consistently great Leading by example with excellent food presentation and kitchen organisation Preparing the team for service and briefing front-of-house staff on menus and allergens Mentoring and training junior chefs to help them thrive Supporting kitchen training plans and staff development ??
