QUALIFICATIONS & JOB DESCRIPTION Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English, Strong communication and interpersonel skills, Clear and articulate verbal communication, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Able to work effectively in a team environment, Graduated from an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program, Experienced in computer hardware components and their functionality, Capable of adapting to hyrbrid work environments, Male candidates must have completed military service or have a valid deferment. Job Description Responsible for monitoring incoming customer requests and ensuring timely resolution, Tracking and resolving issues reported through Marketplace platforms, Following up on cases of customer experiencing problems, ensuring effective solutions and coordinating with other internal teams.
