Human Resources Intern

Job Title: HR Intern | Recruitment Team Location: Rotterdam Blaak Duration: 6-12 months | Full-time Paid Internship- we offer a compensation of over 1000 euros Full time employment contract if you pass the performance review after 6 months About Us: JD Logistics is a global provider of technology-driven supply chain and logistics services. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate records in the Online Spread Sheets and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings and social media engagement. Assist with onboarding processes and documentation. After training, assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms After training, conduct screening calls and have a taste of how is it to be a real recruiter Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administation, Psychology, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ATS is a plus. Passion for HR, recruitment, and people development.
