We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanc to oversee the maintenance operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fault finding, torch cutting, welding, grinding. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the Manager, leading a team of technicians operators, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Matric / Grade 12 or N3 etc preferred Experience in Mechanical, Welding and grinding Own vehicle and transport Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities Train and mentor staff Quality control Ensure compliance with safety regulations Inspect work progress and quality Manage project timelines and budgets
