Job Description Job Description A premier, global Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Senior Legal Assistant to join the firm on a full-time basis in NYC. The hybrid schedule is Monday-Thursday, onsite. The salary is $100K - $120K with substantial overtime and bonus eligibility. Primary Duties: The Senior Legal Assistant will provide trial coordination support and be a vital member of the litigation teams. Additional duties include the following: Liaise between various litigation support departments Distribute incoming court papers and correspondence Maintain and organize case documents, correspondence, and binders Coordinate logistics for in-person depositions and trials Coordinate logistics for remote depositions and trials conducted in-house, including reserving conference rooms and consulting with internal and external vendors Prepare exhibit list, witness list, deposition designations, and various motions Assemble exhibits and relevant documents for depositions, witness preparation, witness interviews, and trial Assist in preparation of expert reports and fact declarations for witnesses Organize and maintain electronic record of deposition transcripts, Review transcripts and videos Ensure that documents comply with generally accepted legal citation and formatting standards and local court rules Generate Tables of Authority Requirements: Four-year college degree required Exceptional organization and communication skills Two to five years of litigation paralegal/legal assistant experience Expertise with Westlaw, Lexis, Bluebook rules and Shepardizing Knowledge of the court system and filing requirements Frink-Hamlett Legal Solutions is an equal employment opportunity employer and all applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination based on race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or citizenship status.
