YOUR TEAM To support our HR Business Partner team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in operational activities within the employee life cycle and will be an integral part of the team that works on strategic support and consulting across all departments on matters related to the employee life cycle. Through our agile business partner model, we offer comprehensive support on personnel issues ranging from onboarding and qualification to organizational design and change management. WHAT YOU WILL DO Unterstützung bei unseren täglichen operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des gesamten Employee Life Cycle, vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding Teilnahme an Teammeetings und Projekten, um Einblicke in die Aktivitäten des HR Managements zu gewinnen Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsvorlagen sowie Auswertung von KPIs Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern an HR-Projekten und Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigenen Projekte WHO YOU ARE Enrolled student in the area of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law or equivalent field First hand experience and demonstrated interest within the filed of HR Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications First knowledge in SAP Fluent in English and German Good interpersonal skills and a team player Organized and proactive functioning NICE TO KNOW Remote work options within Germany Internship: Duration: 3 to 6 months 35-hour week Working student: Duration: 6 months 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break At CARIAD, we embrace individuality and diversity because we believe our differences make us stronger.
