As an intern d/f/m in Central Procurement- Procurement Transformation & Excellence, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into an innovative and international procurement organization. Working closely with our global team, you will take on exciting and impactful tasks, allowing you to build real-world experience in procurement while contributing to key projects. About the role Support the implementation of the eProcurement Suite (SAP Ariba) across the RWE Group Procurement, ensuring smooth end-user procurement trainings and enablement Refine procurement training management, strategies, and methods, including integration in SAP SuccessFactors for future digital procurement Prepare procurement training evaluations and presentations, and assist in creating decision-making documents Support learning design and delivery basis of trainings (videos, in-person, etc.)Maintain and update training KPIs and automate dashboards, handling ad-hoc Training KPI analysis requests to support ongoing project Support Procurement Training communications across RWE Group Procurement Job requirements and experience Currently pursuing a degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, with a focus on supply chain management or human resources and solid academic performance Initial experience in a corporate or consulting environment, ideally in procurement or HR Demonstrates a high degree of initiative and team spirit Works with a structured, methodical, and conceptual mindset while self-managing tasks Comfortable collaborating in cross-cultural teams, with an appreciation for diversity and inclusion Guided by an interest in discovery and the ability to adjust, with the confidence to suggest new methods Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Possesses advanced business English skills, both written and verbal Your benefits Your office location will be Hamburg- the city being a key location for RWE's renewable energy expansion in Germany, with easy access to our North and Baltic Sea sites You will be part of a modern working environment with flexible working hours, mobile working options and office equipment You will get in-depth business insights of RWE and renewable energy, build up your own network and bring your knowledge into diverse projects Our centrally located RWE Hamburg Campus also offers you other advantages such as canteen and coffee lounge You can expect close, trusting collaboration in a highly motivated and diverse team with flat hierarchies.
