Job Title: Privacy Officer, Data Protection Officer Privacy Consultant—or even a mix with information security, like an Information Security & Privacy Consultant. You’ll take the lead on privacy challenges for clients in all kinds of industries. Job Description Policy Development and Implementation: You convert the data protection policy into specific internal regulations and ensure they are effectively put into practice. Implementation of NEN7510, Implementing management systems such as privacy information management system Data protection assessments Intern Audits Knowledge and experience with in dutch: ‘’AVG’’ Providing training and education to raise awareness in the field of privacy. Advisory Role: You provide expertise in developing policies related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and broader information security, contributing to their implementation and enhancement. Regulatory Compliance: You ensure strict adherence to internal codes of conduct and legal requirements, including the GDPR. Incident Management: You address data incidents, breaches, and conflicts of interest, including reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and board members.
