Grade 12 / Matric certificate . RE5 Certification and compliance with FAIS legislation. NCA Accreditation and full understanding of F&I legislation. Minimum 23 years experience as an F&I Manager in a franchised dealership. Proven track record of finance deal structuring and product upselling. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities. Valid drivers license.
