Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Qualifications and Experience Matric / Grade 12 is essential. A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management / Food & Beverage Management is advantageous. 35 years experience in a similar F&B supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in a lodge or boutique hotel environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards , wines, and bar operations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills . Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems , stock control software, and Microsoft Office. Well-presented and guest-oriented , with the ability to handle pressure and multitask. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry. Drivers license preferred due to remote lodge locations.
