Financial Accountant

A reputable and established transport company is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team at their Phuthaditjhaba branch. Key Responsibilities: Compile monthly management accounts and financial reports Reconcile banks, creditors, debtors, and private hire accounts Perform balance sheet reconciliations and manage the asset register Monitor cash flow and budgets Prepare year-end financial reports for audits and shareholders Ensure compliance with statutory bodies Manage insurance and accident-related administration Oversee stock control, diesel tracking, and ticket machine processes Balance revenue collection and perform payroll oversight Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting Proficient in Excel, Sage Evolution, and Pastel Payroll Strong leadership and reporting skills Ability to manage a diverse team and multi-functional responsibilities Remuneration Package: R40 000 R5 000 Travel Allowance 10% Provident Fund 13th Cheque IMPORTANT Applications close 15 August 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted No social media messages / comments will be responded to
