EC&I Manager (O&M)
Job Location
UK, United Kingdom
Job Description
EC&I Manager Power Generation Portfolio O&M Salary to c£75k package You know you could do more if they’d just let you. Here, they will. Maybe you’ve hit a ceiling. Maybe your ideas aren’t heard. This role gives you the freedom, and the responsibility, to lead, improve, and make change happen across a national engineering portfolio. Our client is looking for an EC&I Manager who wants more than a desk job. You’ll roll your sleeves up when it counts, lead a small team of engineers, and have your say in shaping the future of a growing energy business. It’s national coverage with national impact. You’ll be the go-to person for: Planning and leading EC&I maintenance across a portfolio of operational assets Being hands-on when necessary - this isn’t a clipboard role Driving improvements and preventative strategies, not just reacting when things go wrong Mentoring, coaching, and growing a tight-knit team Why this might be better than the role you’re in now: Autonomy to shape how things are done—without red tape Opportunities to genuinely lead and influence—not just manage A business that values technical excellence, and backs it with the right resources Regular training and support to keep you (and your team) sharp National travel, with a hub in the North West—flexible work hours come with the territory What you’ll need to bring: Experience leading EC&I teams, ideally in power generation or heavy industry A solid background in hands-on electrical and control systems work A recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications A clean driving licence—and a willingness to travel If you are interested and have a copy of your CV, please apply via LinkedIn. Not got one ready to go? No problem. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, send a message or drop a line. We’ll take it from there.
