Order Fulfilment Specialist (OFS) Location: Stafford (with occasional travel) Type: Contract - Ongoing Industry: Electricity Substations / EPC Projects About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for project delivery and supplier coordination? Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfilment Specialist (OFS) and play a key role in delivering complex EPC projects within the electricity substation industry. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and services are delivered on time, in full, and to specification—from purchase order to site delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-value EPC projects. Place and manage purchase orders for equipment and services. Coordinate with sourcing, engineering, and planning teams to track project progress. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely documentation and delivery. Conduct supplier visits (UK and international) as needed. Mitigate delays through proactive supplier engagement and planning. Adhere to GE processes and utilize relevant IT tools. Support timely payment of supplier invoices. Performance Indicators On-time, complete delivery of equipment and services. Compliance with global expediting processes and tools. Alignment with GE’s “Spirit & the Letter” values. About You Bachelor’s degree (required); graduates welcome. 2 years of relevant experience (advantageous). Fluent in written and spoken English.
