Education Graduate Opportunity – TA Role

Location: Leeds Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am–15:30pm Milk Education are working with Primary Schools in Leeds who are looking for enthusiastic and caring Graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants . This is a great opportunity for recent graduates (within the last 3 years) who are interested in working in education. Whether you have previous experience working with children or are looking to get started in the classroom, the schools offer a supportive and welcoming environment to help you build your skills and confidence. The role will initially be offered on a week-on-week basis , with the potential to lead to a long-term position Requirements: A degree completed within the last 3 years (in any subject) A positive attitude and a passion for education Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills A willingness to learn and take guidance from teaching staff Previous experience working with children is welcome but not essential —full support and training will be provided Your Role Will Include: Supporting pupils with their learning and development in class Working with teachers to deliver lessons and activities Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed Promoting inclusion and helping pupils to engage in their learning Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management Why Choose Milk?
