Job Title: Senior Brain Injury Fee Earner (Grade A) Salary: up to £70,000 dependent on experience bonus Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available) A nationally respected, Manchester-based specialist legal practice—devoted exclusively to traumatic brain injury (TBI) claims —is seeking a Grade A-level Fee Earner with at least 8 years’ experience as a solicitor or by equivalent qualification . This is a rare opportunity to take on complex, high-value brain injury cases in an environment designed for low caseloads, medical collaboration, and client-first recovery . About the Role You'll be part of a pioneering legal team where legal expertise meets medical understanding. The firm: Focuses solely on traumatic and acquired brain injuries Works on a strictly limited caseload model (approx. 5 cases per solicitor) Delivers early intervention rehab and funding—before settlement Integrates clinical expertise into the legal process You’ll take full control of your files, supported by a deeply experienced and collaborative team.
