We're looking for someone who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a passion for learning more about HR and recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the business. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status via phone and email, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Help maintain accurate data and reporting in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct market research and talent mapping to help identify trends and future pipelines. Support hiring teams with various day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as needed. Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date between May and October 2025. A genuine interest in recruitment or human resources. Fluency in English (Mandarin or European languages preferrable). A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
