What will my accountabilities be? Brand Leadership : Lead and execute brand activation and ensure brand consistency across all touch points Social & Digital Strategy : Manage content across all channels. Retail & Trade Marketing : Plan and execute in-store marketing activations an Events & PR : Orgnanise sampling events, deliver impactful PR campaigns Who will I be working with? Internal & External Reporting directly to the Founder and collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance. A great candidate will have: ⭐️ 4 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG (preferably with a challenger brand) ⭐️ Social media and content creation experience ⭐️ A creative and strategic mindset, turning your ideas into actions ⭐️ A passion for purpose-led brands ⭐️ Organisational skills, managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you : Salary : c£55,000 performance-based bonus Flexible Working : Hybrid( 2 days in office) Holiday Allowance : 25 days holiday bank holidays, birthdays off Pension : Nest Pension Scheme Other Perks : Potential future equity, free eye tests, summer working hours What happens next?
