Candidate Profile We're looking for high-achieving individuals who consistently deliver their best. Ideal candidates will possess: Strong academic credentials (equivalent to an upper second-class honours degree or higher). Demonstrated excellence in extracurricular activities during academic pursuits. Relevant professional internship experience. Fluency in English and Norwegian (C2 level required); prior experience living or working in continental Europe is a plus. Rewards & Benefits Expect a competitive first-year compensation package, typically ranging from £48,500-£57,500 for average to high performers, comprising a base salary of £41,500 and uncapped performance-based variable compensation.
