Working within a supportive and experienced environment, the successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to a range of commercial surveying tasks. This is an ideal position for someone working towards RICS accreditation (APC), offering a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and professional documents Support senior surveyors with negotiations involving tenants, agents, developers, and purchasers Undertake property inspections, site measurements, and contribute to marketing efforts Help achieve key business targets, including asset valuation and income generation Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and risk management procedures What We’re Looking For Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or a relevant surveying discipline (BSc or MSc) Enrolled (or intending to enrol) on the RICS APC pathway Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Full UK driving licence required Desirable Familiarity with property management systems or development software Previous experience in property negotiations or development feasibility work This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a team that will invest in your professional growth, with structured training and access to experienced mentors.
