You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of commercial building surveying, working directly alongside senior professionals in a firm known for fast-tracked progression and strong APC support. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting senior surveyors on project delivery and professional instructions Assisting with building surveys, technical due diligence, and condition reports Working on dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract admin Getting exposure to £10k–£50m commercial projects across office, industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors Liaising with clients, contractors, and other consultants as you develop your confidence and commercial awareness What They’re Looking For: A BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited) Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to progress toward chartership Strong communication and report writing skills A keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset A team player with initiative and a willingness to learn Full UK driving licence and access to a car Why This Firm?
