Injection Moulding Setter – Nights (Mon–Thurs) Location: Essex Join a growing medical device contract manufacturer with state-of-the-art injection moulding and cleanroom assembly facilities. Headquartered in Essex (1 hour from East London), we are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to support our night shift operations. About Us: Established in 1975, they’ve evolved from a toolmaking and injection moulding company into a full-service medical device manufacturer. Their team supports the entire product lifecycle—from concept to completion—across seven Class 7 cleanrooms (with expansion underway). The company are committed to innovation and customer success. Role Overview: Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Engineer, you’ll: Carry out efficient tool changes and machine start-ups Set up and optimise moulding machines and ancillary equipment Maintain clean, organised tooling and equipment Support safe working practices and report any moulding/tooling issues Ensure material traceability and support cleanroom standards Perform basic maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement Requirements: Apprenticeship or experience in injection moulding (medical industry preferred) Team player with strong organisational and communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office Familiarity with inspection tools and cleanroom environments (preferred) ABOUT PLANET PHARMA Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
