Lead Campaign Manager

Campaigns & Production Team Leader Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 Location: Hybrid (1 day WFH) Join a fast-growing digital media company as a Campaigns & Production Team Leader , where you'll drive the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms including email, content syndication, social media, paid media, and web. You’ll manage a multi-disciplinary team across brand awareness, lead generation, and magazine production, reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver integrated campaign strategies focused on brand visibility and demand generation Oversee campaign delivery across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives Manage a high-performing team and drive KPIs around client satisfaction and campaign results Analyse campaign data to shape strategy and improve performance Lead monthly campaign reviews, assess effectiveness, and optimise marketing outputs Produce in-depth reports across platforms, identifying insights to support future planning Requirements: Experience in digital marketing, campaign management or project management (ideally B2B) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (e.g. monday.com) Confident with data analysis, reporting and using tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and HTML Creative copywriting ability and strong attention to detail Proven team leadership and organisational skills Experience with social media planning, particularly LinkedIn Prince2 or equivalent qualification is a plus Benefits: Hybrid working (1 day WFH) Company events Discounted or free food On-site parking Referral programme Sick pay If this looks like a good fit, apply now with your CV and I’ll be in touch!
