Job Description
Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team in Bloemfontein. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow, willing to learn, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include: Front desk reception and switchboard duties Booking travel and accommodation Coordinating and booking conference rooms General daily office administration Liaising with and coordinating suppliers Assisting with marketing campaigns Maintaining and updating internal databases Opening and closing of office premises Coordinating training arrangements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Matric (Grade 12) Valid driver's license and own reliable transport Proficient in MS Office Fully conversant in Afrikaans and English This is a full-time, office-based position with a 5-day working week. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work well under pressure while delivering professional service at all times.
