SHE Coordinator Plant Automotive Manufacturing Job Purpose: Identify and eliminate workplace safety, health, and environmental (SHE) risks. Minimum Requirements: li]:mt-1.5"> Grade 12 National Diploma in Safety Management or Environmental Health SAMTRAC certified Computer literacy At least 5 years SHE experience in a manufacturing plant Solid knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 Key Responsibilities: li]:mt-1.5"> Enforce and monitor compliance with SHE policies and procedures Ensure adherence to legislation and safe operating practices Conduct and report on risk assessments, planned task observations, and SHE audits Identify and address workplace hazards and implement improvements Carry out preliminary incident investigations and respond to SHE incidents Maintain SHE management systems and notice boards Compile monthly SHE reports
