Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Receptionist or Girl Friday role. Professional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Vehicle and valid Drivers License. Experience with handling waybills is advantageous. Roles and Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly. Maintain a clean and organised reception area. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Administrative Support / Girl Friday Tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff. Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Monitor and order office supplies as required. Waybill & Dispatch Support: Generate and manage waybills for incoming and outgoing shipments. Coordinate with couriers and assist with dispatch documentation. Ensure all shipping documentation is accurately completed and filed. Liaise with the warehouse or dispatch team for collections and deliveries.
